Blaze is a stunning 5-year-old Catahoula/Boxer/Dane mix with a tall frame, a marbled dark grey coat, and eyes full of soul. But his true beauty lies in his personality—goofy, loyal, and full of love. He’s the kind of dog who turns heads with his looks but wins hearts with his charm.

Blaze is housebroken, crate trained, and very smart—especially if treats are involved! He’s also a fetch fanatic—his favorite thing in the world is chasing a ball, and he’ll play until you tell him it’s time to rest. A home with a fenced yard where he can run and play would be a dream come true.

This big-hearted boy is great with kids, has lived peacefully with cats, and enjoys the company of other dogs—especially smaller pups or female dogs with calm energy. With proper introductions, he settles in well and loves having doggy friends to play with.

While Blaze is generally great on leash, he can be reactive to other dogs up close, so a confident handler or someone willing to continue training will help him be his best self. His leash skills are improving, and he’s eager to please.

Blaze thrives on adventure—car rides, long walks, or simply tagging along with his person. After an active day, he’s a total snuggle bug, happiest curled up beside you for a nap.
